CWM 100R for Hummus
The first rotary machine to be delivered was a CWM 100R, capable of filling pots with hummus and various toppings. Our customer, who is a UK manufacturer of dips and soups, wanted a rotary filling solution that would maintain the high quality of their products while increasing their throughput.
This particular line consists of a cup dispense with vacuum assist, volumetric filling assembly with a fill range of 140-200g for hummus, wheel in/out fillers for hummus toppings, pre-cut diaphragm dispense and spot seal assembly, heat seal station, clip on lid dispense and an eject lift & sweep assembly.
CWM 100R for Cookie & Wafer Pieces
The next rotary machine was shipped out to one of our customers in the US. Our customer, who is a key player within the US desserts industry, was seeking a dry-filling solution to increase throughput. CWM designed and manufactured a CWM 100R twin-head rotary filling machine, suitable for filling cookie and wafer pieces into pre-formed PET cups.
Filling at speeds of up to 80 cups/minute, this rotary machine consists of a gripper type cup dispense with vacuum assist, 2off two-head wheel in/out volumetric dry filling assemblies, an automatic two-head pre-cut seal applier, which uses a vacuum pick & place mechanism to dispense foils, self-levelling heat seal station, eject lift & sweep and outfeed conveyer.
