The Brief
CWM was tasked with designing a solution to fill and seal 40ml cups of liquor, providing an output of approximately 75 pots/minute. Our client was looking to invest in flexible machinery that provided them with a clean, accurate fill.
The Solution
Taking these requirements on board, CWM built a three-head filling and sealing rotary machine, consisting of a cup denester, servo-operated filler, foil dispenser and heat sealer. Using servo filling technology provided our client with the accurate fill that they were seeking, therefore ensuring high levels of quality and eliminating product wastage.
