CWM’s rotary lines are a highly flexible option for manufacturers wishing to increase their throughput. The unique design of our rotary machinery also allows for product changeovers to be achieved in under 10 minutes, allowing for more flexibility to fill different packaging formats on the same machine.

Rental machinery

Rental machinery

CWM Automation offer rental agreements on some of our rotary machines, enabling manufacturers to benefit from a higher standard of machinery in a more cost-effective way. Currently available on our range of rotary machines: 50R, 100R and 150R, there are a number of benefits to renting:

  • Renting removes the requirement for large upfront investment, instead offering regular fixed payments that allow for more predictable financial forecasting.
  • Renting also allows you to test the market with new product developments or line extensions, weighing up the risks before committing to a large investment.
  • If you are a seasonal producer, you will benefit from the increased levels of flexibility that renting provides. You will also not have to worry about machinery being idle in the off-season.
  • CWM Automation provides service and support for machinery throughout the lifetime of the agreement, so you can rest assured that production will run smoothly.
  • Our rental agreements are available for a minimum of 3 months, with the option to purchase the machinery upon completion of the rental term.
