Automatic bottle filling machinery

Offering high levels of flexibility and precision, CWM Automation’s range of fully automatic bottle filling machinery and capping systems can be fully adapted to meet production requirements. Customers can choose the number of filling heads, as well as conveyor length and conveyor width, which can be made fully adjustable using single point guide rail systems.

Cap unscrambler feeds can also be incorporated onto bottle filling lines to orientate and deliver caps to the capping system. This ensures that caps are securely fitted to bottles, preventing any product leakage and guaranteeing the product quality. In addition, CWM are capable of incorporating functions such as bottle unscramblers, bottle rinsers and depalletisers.

Slow speed bottle filling

As part of our bottling range, CWM Automation are capable of building slow speed bottle filling lines. These lower speed lines offer accurate and reliable filling, eliminating the risk of product spillage. Filling up to 60 bottles/min, these bottling lines will typically combine manual processes of bottle loading with an automatic filling system.
Customers can choose the number of filling heads, as well as conveyor length and conveyor width, which can be made fully adjustable using single point guide rail systems. Cap unscrambler feeds can also be incorporated onto bottle filling lines to orientate and deliver caps to the capping system.

Medium speed bottle filling

CWM Automation’s medium speed bottling lines can achieve speeds of up to 60-120 bottles/min. Typically designed for products with a higher viscosity, our medium speed bottling lines offer increased throughput, as well as accurate filling. Medium speeds also allow for more automatic stations throughout the line, including bottle unscramblers and automated end of line packing.

ATEX

ATEX Compliant

CWM Automation are also capable of manufacturing automatic bottle filling lines which are ATEX compliant. This means you will be able to install our machinery in areas where product can cause potentially explosive environments. Examples of products under ATEX directives include spirits, alcohol disinfectants and solvents. Our fully trained design team are able to help you design your line around your ATEX requirements, which would include extraction systems.
