Regular servicing is essential for the upkeep of machinery, which is why we offer comprehensive Service Maintenance Contracts. Contracts are carefully constructed to reflect aspects such as the frequency and degree of service activity, the operating environment and production seasonality.

Spare Parts
Having spare parts on-hand is essential to keep machinery operating efficiently and prevent any costly down-time. CWM Automation source and supply a vast range of high-quality spare parts. We have a fully equipped machine shop on-site, which can manufacture CWM designed parts, should they be required.
From seals to suction cups, our spares are competitive on both pricing and lead times. By stocking up on spares, you can rest assured that you have everything you need to swiftly repair machinery, should a breakdown occur.
CWM also offer recommended spares packs, which are individually tailored to each customer’s machine. These spares packs provide you with all of the components you need to maintain your machinery and keep it in prime condition.

Training
CWM Automation offers comprehensive operator and engineering training, giving customers the knowledge and confidence they require to effectively operate and maintain machinery. Training is fully bespoke, based on staff, production and engineering requirements.

Repairs
As part of our after-sales service, CWM Automation offer an electronic and motor repair service. Repairs are a cost-effective and sustainable way of extending equipment life. We provide a free evaluation and quotation service for items including: Servo Drives, Motors, PLC’s, HMI’s and Gearboxes.
Should you wish to go ahead with a repair, we send your item on to our third-party service. All refurbished equipment comes with a 12-month warranty.
