Another quality machine is currently on its way to be installed and commissioned at a customer’s site. This time, a 6-head bottle filling and capping machine, designed to fill 250ml & 500ml bottles with yogurt and cream.
Scope of Project
CWM was tasked with designing and manufacturing a 6-head filling and closing machine for a dairy producer. This line consists of an infeed table and conveyer, which transports the bottles to the 6-head bottle turnover rinser for the bottles to be rinsed and cleaned via ionised air. Once cleaned, bottles are fed into the filling section via a change part servo-operated scroll. The filler is CIP capable, with interchangeable nozzles for different products.
After the bottles have been filled, they are transported to the closing section to be auto-capped. Capped bottles are then fed into a metal detector and checkweigher via a U-bend conveyer.
