One of CWM Automation’s most recent projects to be delivered was a CWM 100R rotary filling and sealing machine. This particular machine has been rented by a UK industry-leading food manufacturer and is capable of filling round pre-formed cups with various condiments.
Scope of Project
This twin-head rotary line was equipped with a set of change parts to accommodate for our customers various packaging formats. Reaching speeds of up to 70 cups/minute, the machine consisted of a cup de-nester, two-head volumetric filling assembly, plus a heat seal station with seal dispense, spot seal and heat seal assembly. Filled and sealed cups would then be ejected from the line onto a single outfeed conveyer.
CWM’s Rental Scheme

- If you are a seasonal producer, you will benefit from the increased levels of flexibility that renting provides. You will also not have to worry about machinery being idle in the off-season.
- CWM Automation provides service and support for machinery throughout the lifetime of the agreement, so you can rest assured that production will run smoothly.
- Our rental agreements are available for a minimum of 3 months, with the option to purchase the machinery upon completion of the rental term.
