An Inline Lidding Machine has just left CWM’s factory and is on its way to be installed and commissioned in Toronto. This lidding machine is suitable for 4 different cup sizes and 2 lid sizes and can run at speeds of up to 200/minute.

Project Details

This particular lidding project consists of a through conveyer with a scroll infeed, which transports the cups into two rotary carousel locating drives. A spinning lid unit then feeds lids down the chute to be rolled onto the cups using application rollers. Change parts have been supplied to accommodate for the varying cup sizes.
