At the beginning of last year, we asked CWM employees to put forward registered charities to receive a £2,000 donation. We are pleased to announce that we will be making donations to six different charities across the UK. These charities include: The Lullaby Trust, Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide, CALM, The Children’s Hospital Charity, Gainsborough & District Heritage Association and Lincolnshire House Association. The Lullaby Trust

The Lullaby Trust charity raises awareness for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by providing expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offering emotional support for bereaved families. Over £12million has been invested in SIDS research so far and SIDS rates have reduced by 80% since 1991. Find out how you can donate here.
Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide

Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide is a charity that seeks to reduce the number of young people taking their own lives by breaking the stigma around suicide and equipping young people and communities with the skills to recognise suicidal behaviour. CALM
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a UK charity whose goal is to provoke conversation around suicide and bring people together so that they reject living miserably. CALM offer a free and confidential helpline for people in need and also work with the media and some of the biggest organisations in the UK to change the conversation around suicide. The Children’s Hospital Charity

The Children’s Hospital Charity at Sheffield Children’s Hospital raises money to transform the children’s wards around the hospital with bright art and decorations. The programme also puts on workshops for the children to provide distraction during anxious moments. Find ways you can donate here.
Gainsborough & District Heritage Association

Gainsborough Heritage Association’s mission is to protect, preserve and promote the towns rich and vibrant past for future generations. The Centre has an extensive archive of local history information, including a research service available as well as permanent and temporary exhibitions that promote the town’s heritage. Lincolnshire House Association

Lincolnshire House Association is a charity registered in Scunthorpe, who provide residential, day and respite care services for adults with Cerebral Palsy and similar disabilities.
