CWM Automation has recently been awarded three new projects to be designed, manufactured and shipped over to the US.
Scope of Projects
The first project is a Rotary Bagging Machine, which will be designed to fill 20 bags/minute with varying sizes of rolls of wipes. This machine will comprise of a Pick & Place station for the bags, an infeed conveyer for the rolls of wipes, Pick & Place of wipes, servo-driven filling stations, Air Vacuum Out & Sealing station and Eject.
CWM’s second project is to design and manufacture an Inline Canister Sealing machine, with estimated operational speeds of up to 120 canisters/minute. This sealing machine consists of a Through Conveyer, Scroll Infeed and Heat Sealing station with film fed via a roll stock system.
The third project CWM has been awarded is to build an XP Inline Canister Sealing Machine for a Class 1, Division 1 area. Similarly, to the second project, this machine will consist of a Through Conveyer, Scroll Infeed and Heat Sealer, with projected operational speeds of up to 120 canisters/minute. These particular canisters will be pre-filled with wipes and liquid (bleach and alcohol content).
