CWM Automation has recently expanded its after-sales service team, further strengthening our dedication to keep customer’s machinery running efficiently.

CWM Automation strives to support customers following the installation and commissioning of machinery. Our after-sales service team are on-hand to assist with any spares, service, repairs and training enquiries to keep your machine working to its optimum level. We pride ourselves on quality customer service and our swift response to customer enquiries.

We are pleased to welcome two new members to our service team, each of whom brings knowledge and expertise to drive business growth for CWM.

Jason Cole, CWM’s new Service Engineer, joined the team in April 2021. Jason is responsible for installing and commissioning new machinery, performing services and health checks and attending breakdowns to get customer’s machinery back up and running.

Lucy Davies has also joined the service team as Spares & Service Assistant. Lucy’s role involves her supporting customers with any spares, service, training or repairs enquiries they have.

We would like to wish both Jason and Lucy a warm welcome to CWM and wish them every success in their new roles.
