The Brief
Our client was looking for a flexible bottling solution to provide a clean, accurate fill for their cleaning products. They requested machinery that would be suitable for different packaging types and sizes.
The Solution
CWM Automation took on board the client’s needs, designing a versatile bottle filling and screw capping line. This bottling line was fitted with DPS2 twin head volumetric product depositor, suitable for filling liquids and gels. The depositor was mounted onto a stainless steel box section frame, with height adjustment for different bottle sizes. Filling approximately 30-40 bottles/minute, this bottling line was designed to increase throughput and overall productivity for our client.
A height adjustable cap tightener assembly was also built into this machine, with motorized rollers to securely fasten the caps to bottles, ensuring maintained product quality and avoiding spillage.
