Pastry Billeting Machines
CWM Automation offers semi-automatic and fully automatic pastry billeting machines. Each machine can be easily adjusted to suit different sizes of billet. Conveyors can also be supplied and integrated onto the billeting machine to collect billets and deliver them downstream. Pastry billeting machines are available in different sizes and production outputs.
Pastry Blocking Machines
Semi-automatic and fully automatic pastry blocking machines are available. They are suitable for all pastry types and can be used for blocking out into metal tins, foil trays or for cold water pastry type pork pies. Pastry blocking machines can be supplied as stand-alone units or they can be installed onto an existing production line. The blocking heads are usually heated.
Pastry Sheeters can be supplied to produce both plain or lattice type pastry. They can be adapted to suit different pastry widths and thickness. The sheeting rollers are self-cleaning. Large billets of pastry are loaded into a bulk hopper ready for sheeting. CWM pastry sheeters are fully guarded and can be installed onto an existing production line or supplied as a stand-alone unit with a conveyor.
To complement our range of pastry sheeters, CWM can also supply flour sprinklers to lightly dust flour over then entire surface of the pastry. The flour sprinkler is manufactured in stainless steel and can be installed onto an existing production line.
Crimping Head Assembly
CWM Automation can offer both semi-automatic and fully automatic crimping head assemblies. They are normally heated and suitable for all types of pastry. Crimping head assemblies can be manufactured with profiles to give a “handmade” appearance. Crimping head assemblies can be supplied as stand-alone units or they can be installed onto an existing production line.
